Student Tours Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter 2011

For this and next year AIT is focusing strictly on tailor-designing itineraries and tours for teachers and other group organizers who have traveled with us in the past (from 16 paying participants upward). Although somewhat more expensive, the benefits far outweigh the added cost in that you can choose your dates, the itinerary can be exactly the way you want it, and you don't have to travel in a large group of 40 or more people. If your group happens to be that large, you will save lots of money. The tour price can also be kept down if the teacher/student chaperone is higher, i.e. one teacher with 8 or 10 students, rather than one with 6 students. Onother way of saving is for the teacher chaperone who organizes the trip to also direct the tour, if he or she feels comfortable in doing so. Smaller groups of less than 16 paying participants should contact AIT and express their willingness to combine with another small group so as to make the program become a reality.

Just a brief note by e-mail message or a phone call to 1-732-513-1813 is all it takes to get a price for a group you are planning to take abroad. All we need from you is the following information:

·  Date of departure, flying from.....to.....and date of return travel from....

·  Cities to be visited

·  Any special sights you would like to see included

·  The number of people you expect in your group

·  How many free trips you will need (1 with 6 paying, 8 paying, 10 paying, etc)

·  The number of dinners to be included (breakfasts are always included and we do not usually include lunches)

·  Will you need a tour director or could you direct your own group?

·  Please refer to Custom Tours to get more details on what goes into a specially-designed tour program. The more information you can supply, the more quickly and accurately we can get back to you with a price quotation.
